DWi is dedicated to the principles set out within its Quality Statement and to the controls and recommendations contained in the International Standard of Quality ISO 9002.
The Company is committed to exercising all reasonable care and skill in every aspect of its service through implementation of a Quality System.
This involves the use of systematic, planned, cost-effective procedures to determine, assess and achieve quality and value in accordance with the requirements of its clients.
Copies of all relevant standards, codes of practice and Government department regulations are held and applied.
Regular planned audits are conducted to verify that systems comply with the requirements of the International Standard of Quality and achieve the satisfaction of the client.
The effectiveness of the quality system is regularly reviewed by the Company Directors and in addition, is assessed by approved independent auditors.
In the unlikely event that any aspect of the service to, or interaction with, the client does not comply with the anticipated standard of quality, the matter will be recorded, fully investigated and prompt remedial action taken to prevent recurrence.
