Account Management

All client accounts are assigned to and managed by an OISC Registered Advisor who will act as a central point of contact in relation to the provision of advice, support and any issues the client may face. This will include candidate assessment, immigration strategy development and application support.

In most cases, your DWi Account Manager will be supported by an additional OISC Advisor. From initial instruction and on a continuous basis both Advisors are available to visit the, client's premises to ensure immigration requirements and issues are seamlessly integrated and effectively managed.

Our team of OISC registered Advisors are supported by our proprietary immigration database, "Athena", which provides case specific information. This tool has been specifically designed to assist our clients in achieving a comprehensive level of immigration compliance. One of Athena's fundamental advantages is its ability to produce a range of immigration specific reports covering the full life-cycle of the application process including, progress; status; visa activation; and expiry reports.
