Top Marks In DWi Client Satisfaction Survey

Dearson Winyard is a progressive organisation that prides itself on providing the highest standards of service and support to a broad client base. As part of our ongoing commitment to our individual and corporate clients, and to maintain the highest levels of customer service, the opinions and thoughts of our clients feature high on our business agenda.

Clients who have recently processed an application with DWi are invited to take part in a ‘satisfaction survey’ comprising eight short questions, which enables DWi to evaluate our performance and highlight areas in which we have excelled or need to improve.

We received a good response rate for the first quarter (Jan –Mar) of 2012, and received good feedback; the average overall score being just over 90%.

In response to two questions regarding the professionalism and knowledge of our advisors, each scored an average of 94% and 93%, demonstrating the skill and experience of DWi advisors in interpreting the very latest UK immigration policies and practices.

In particular, for applications concluded in January 2012, the aptitude of our advisors was heavily praised, with three of the eight questions, including ‘Was our advisor helpful, efficient and polite throughout the application process?’ scoring 100%.

In response to the question, ‘Was the advice you received sufficiently comprehensive?’ DWi made a great start to 2012, with an average score of 100% for January, dipping to 95% in February, but rising again to 96% in March.

We will bring you the results for the second quarter later this year.
